Yesterday’s band practice was very good. The band didn’t actually play any of the three songs I’d taken the time to learn the bass lines for but, thanks to Martin casting an ear in my generally direction and correcting my fingering, was able to half write the schematic for “Junge” and perfect the bridge in “Westerland”. I stumbled upon NOFX and their song “Don’t Call Me White” a week or two ago and, because I’m about to throw away the piece of paper I wrote the reminder on, thought it a good idea to make a note of them on this blog.
