I received a couple of mails from the band concerning the cover art yesterday evening. Frank had spotted a repeated word “WildßcreW also would also like to …” and I had to smile, as it took me back to my days in Polytechnic when I had to write a report on one of their Systems, COMAC and, when our elected speaker came to read it, it sounded like it was awash with fill words. The band was told by David before recordings began that, no matter what we thought we were, what “sound” we had, as a band, the CD would actually define the band’s “sound”.
I originally set out, in the blog, to document the progress, the ups, the downs, the obstacles, of the band, through my perspective, as we prepared for and went into the studio. There was a flurry of E-Mails between Wild’s crew today, mainly stating the fact that a meeting during the week is logistically impossible.
