When I got back home from the choir I read that Frank won’t be able to make Thursday, as his daughter has a birthday. We quickly arranged for a rehearsal on Tuesday evening as Friday, the only other day the others could make it, I am entertaining the in-laws.
As I made my way to the village hall it seemed like an age since the last time I’d been to a choir practice. When I saw the small car park full to overflowing, I remembered, that the evening’s session was shared with a neighbouring choir and that the rehearsals were focusing on the upcoming concert on Saturday.
